Please contact your insurance company to find out whether they cover acupuncture. Some insurance companies cover a percentage of the cost, however, all plans vary. Therefore, it is difficult to give a general statement about what procedures can be covered. Most patients are required to submit a medical referral from their physician to their insurance company. Please ask your insurer if you need this form.
